These Black and White Colobus Monkeys were found in the African rainforest.
The word colobus comes from the old Greek word for mutilated. This is a reference to the stub where a thumb is commonly found on primates. The Black and White Colobus eats the leaves of the forest trees.
They have a chambered stomach similar to that of a cow, that allows digestion to occur.
